Having a sacred space where we can recharge, renew, and refresh ourselves is essential to our well-being and spiritual growth. It's a place we can go to again and again to reconnect with our sacred soul, engage in our spiritual practices and rituals, meditate, and go within.
What is a Sacred Space?
A sacred space is your own little corner of the world where you are free to explore your spirituality and deepen your connection with yourself.
It's a place where you can:
Ground yourself
Meditate
Do yoga
Journal
Read
Reflect
Set intentions
Create and engage in spiritual rituals
Go within
Be in the present moment
Create
Recharge
Process emotions
Explore your spiritual practices
Reprogram your subconscious
Enjoy and engage in your manifestation processes

Call your own energy back to you and release energy that is not yours

Where Should You Create Your Sacred Space?
Your sacred space can be anywhere that works best for you. It should feel safe, calm and peaceful. It's an area you can always go to where you can experience stillness, peace of mind and reconnect with yourself.
Here are some options:
Outside in nature (a corner of your yard perhaps)
In a she shed
A quiet corner of your bedroom
An unused space in your home office
A bay window
On the floor in a quiet undisturbed area
In a quiet corner of your living room
Your dining room
A spare room
The point is that your sacred space if just for you. It's an area where you won't be disturbed by others. It's your own personal, at home spiritual retreat.
How to Set Up Your Sacred Space.
There is no right or wrong way to set up your sacred space. It can be as simple or elaborate as you choose. It can, and probably will, expand over time as you add items that are sacred and meaningful to you. Like you, it will evolve, shift, grow and change.
You can place your items on a small stand, on a table, or on the floor. Use any surface that works for you which will remain undisturbed by others.
Before setting up your space, always prepare the area and the items you'll be placing there. This clears the area and raises the vibration of the space. It lightens up the energy, which will feel amazing to you as you spend time there.
You can do this in several ways:
Smudge with sage
Burn Palo Santo
Burn incense
Place a bowl of salt water in the center of the space and leave it out overnight
Ring bells
Play singing bowls
Play Hz frequencies
What Items Will You Need?
You can place whatever you like in your sacred space. It's your personal haven where you can engage in your spiritual practices and self-care routines, so make sure you fill it with whatever is special and personally meaningful to you.

Meditation cushion or chair
Yoga mat, straps, and bricks

Candles
Abalone shell for sage stick
