CANCELLATION POLICY
When you purchase a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you.
I spend time preparing for your session for 15 minutes prior to the start time.
That affects how many clients I can take on. For that reason, I am unable to offer refunds.
Requests to reschedule must be made prior to 24 hours of a scheduled session.
ALL "no-shows" are charged the full session price. No refunds. Same day readings are non-refundable.

All Session purchases are final.
Readings may not be recorded via audio without Courtney's written permission.

Forfeiting Sessions:
-Under the influence of drugs and or alcohol.
-In a moving vehicle, as a driver or passenger.
-Background noise such as televisions, music, children, noisy pets, traffic,
or people talking in the background.
