One-on-One 45 Minute Meditation Mentoring with Courtney Beck (by phone) ACCESS YOUR INTUITION! Our intuition is our greatest gift and asset in navigating the life process here on the Earth Plane. Without it we are living only at the level of the mind, and the mind can only go so far, limiting us in our capacity to experience higher levels of consciousness and inner stillness. In this session, Courtney Beck will work with you one-on-one to assist you in accessing deeper levels of meditation, which is essential to any spiritual practice/practitioner. Workshop will cover: Purpose and benefits of deep meditation Breathwork and visualization Deep Relaxation Grounding and centering Quieting the mind Courtney will take you through her own meditation practice one-on-one to help you to access a deeper meditation practice, which will assist you in slowing down thought, accessing alignment, trusting your higher self, and connecting with Source.

All services, readings & coaching/mentoring program purchases are final. All requests to reschedule must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. All No Shows will forfeit session & payment without refund.
